Stylish 3-Bed Flat Near Cardiff City Centre & Uni

Upon opening the door to hallway at bottom, dried blood was splattered across the floor and trash everywhere. When we made it to flat #1, the smell of mildew or cat litter was strong. The main bathroom was leaking water and we contacted support right away. The place was nice in pictures but overall it was not clean. We requested paper towels and toilet paper but got not response from property management. The people around the flat are loud as can be and make way too much noise to sleep peacefully. We understand staying in a city, but these people only seemed to make noise at night for some reason.
